Home secretary Amber Rudd’s plan to tackle serious violence are undermined by delayed grant payments to councils, Smith Square has warned.
Ms Rudd published her serious violence strategy today, urging public bodies to invest in early intervention programmes designed to stop youngsters joining gangs.
