Sandwell leader hits back at Tory party vice-chair

Sandwell MBC needs to be ‘seen to move on’ from a series of recent standards issues, Local Government Association (LGA) peers have said.

A LGA corporate peer challenge found ‘recent and current standards issues have taken a lot of the headlines’ and urged the council to become ‘renowned more for the positive outcomes it enables through services and partnerships’.
