Scottish Labour pledges to invest in public services

The Scottish Labour Party has launched its local government election campaign, pledging to invest in under-threat public services.

Speaking today, Labour’s deputy leader in Scotland, Alex Rowley, who will co-ordinate the party’s campaign for seats in May’s elections. claimed Scotland’s local authorities were in ‘crisis’ following deep budget cuts.
