Wakefield Council has hired a new director to lead its regeneration and economic growth services.
Tom Stannard is currently Oldham Council’s director of economy and skills, and has been responsible for all aspects of the Council's services in these areas. These include housing growth, major capital projects and inward investment, as well as skills and employment support.
