Surrey CC has fended off a legal challenge to its budget for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Lady Justice Sharp dismissed the claims of families of children with SEND that budget cuts of £11m breached laws on equality and consultation requirements in a judicial review at the High Court.
