Glasgow City Council was recently asked to investigate a complaint about an expensive – yet bleak-looking – immersive experience based on Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
Police had to be called to The Willy Wonka Experience – run by a private firm – after tearful children and angry parents complained about a spartan offering and the return on £35 tickets.
