The Care Act needs ‘sufficient funding’ to achieve its aspirations, the president of the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services said today.
David Pearson hailed the Act as the ‘most important legislation for the care and support of adults in 60 years’ as he opened the National Children and Adult Services Conference in Manchester this morning.
