Brum chief bites back at Sir Bob

Birmingham City Council has hit back at Sir Bob Kerslake for being too detailed and dictatorial in his review of the city. 

The council’s chief executive, Mark Rogers, has also refused to be gagged over the lack of funding after the government accused the city of expecting the centre to bail it out.
