Children's inspection policy change must be adequately funded

This autumn, a significant change will come fully into effect within children’s social care.

Semi-independent living accommodation is for teenagers aged 16-17, and such settings are intended as a bridge between typical care homes and independent living, helping those young people transition out of care.
