Westminster City Council has launched a cost-saving service with procurement consultancy, 4C Associates.
The joint venture, called Symbiance, aims to deliver ‘significant financial benefits’ for local and central government, as well as other organisations, at a time of increased budget insecurity and the spending power of the public sector being heavily reduced.
