Communities secretary Eric Pickles has said he does not want Birmingham City Council to be split up under the review being conducted by Sir Bob Kerslake.
DCLG permanent secretary, Sir Bob, was called in for a wholesale review of the city last month following the so-called ‘Trojan Horse’ scandal.
