Greens call for council tax and business rates reform

Co-convener of the Scottish Greens, Patrick Harvie, has called for a replacement of the current system of council tax and reform of business rates.

In a letter to first minister Nicola Sturgeon, Mr Harvie described local tax reform as the ‘next constructive challenge’.
