Harder, better, faster, stronger

At recent staff meetings I raised the issue of taking more digital opportunities. I hadn’t anticipated the leap to online food shopping, e-receipts and contactless payments. Who could have foreseen the mass exodus from bits of paper or the demise of the PIN so quickly?

It’s happening very fast. Most of us buy things online and give our email addresses, telephone numbers and credit card details. We trust these processes implicitly, so why won’t the public trust their council online?
