Harriss gets top job at Harrow

Harrow LBC has appointed Sean Harriss to be its new chief executive, taking over from interim boss Tom Whiting next year.

Mr Harriss, who started his career as a council press officer, was previously chief executive at Lambeth LBC for two years and Bolton MBC for eight.
