Improvement panel give green light to Birmingham plans

Birmingham City Council’s improvement plans have been given the green light by the Birmingham Independent Improvement Panel (BIIP). 

A letter to Birmingham leader, Sir Albert Bore from panel chair John Crabtree, signed off the proposals, but warned: ‘While there are some “green shoots” to demonstrate progress, the much more difficult task of implementation lies ahead.’
