Inspectors find 'widespread and serious failures' at Worcestershire

An Ofsted report into Worcestershire CC’s children’s services has found ‘widespread and serious failures’ and warned that youngsters remain at ‘continual risk of serious harm’.

The inspection report published today rated the county’s services for children who need help and protection, and those for looked after children, as inadequate.
