LEP directors lobby ministers over risk concern

Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) board directors have raised concerns they could be exposed to personal risks stretching into the future, The MJ understands.

All LEPs were previously required to adopt a ‘legal personality,’ meaning many directors have taken on the responsibilities and liabilities under company law.
