A MP has vowed to stop plans to create a super-district, labelling it a ‘merger most foul’.
Conservative MP for Bridgwater and West Somerset, Ian Liddell-Grainger, told the House of Commons yesterday he was ‘absolutely determined’ to stop the merger of Taunton Deane BC and West Somerset DC.
