North of Tyne Combined Authority (NTCA) has appointed two new directors to lead on delivery and development.
Dr Henry Kippin is currently executive director of public service at West Midlands Combined Authority and will take up the role of director of economic growth, while Ruth Redfern is currently managing director of company RDZT Limited and will join as director of policy and performance.
