Who are the people who are going to lead London government in the future? How do we nurture and develop them so that they have the skills and resilience to succeed - for the communities they serve, for London, and indeed for themselves as people?

London’s local authorities are facing some huge challenges. Some are ones that are familiar across the sector. Some have a unique nature. Helping secure prosperous, healthy, safe and cohesive communities in a city where extremes of wealth and opportunity are so starkly on display is one of them.
