Cornwall Council is the latest in the firing line for being caught leaving the office lights on after everyone’s gone home.
And, as every council knows, fall into this trap and it’s a cast iron certainty some resident will catch the faux pas on their smart phone and wing it over to the local paper complete with irate comment.
