Labour leader Ed Miliband has warned that 1m voters have disappeared from the Electoral Register in the last year.
In a speech at Sheffield Hallam University Students’ Union he launched a drive to encourage more young people to register to vote, as politicians from all sides prepare for the forthcoming General Election.
