CIPFA conference: Boylan hits out at 'initiativitis'

The chief executive of Greater Manchester Combined Authority has attacked the 'initiativitis' that has dominated housing policy.

Speaking at the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy's annual conference, Eamonn Boylan, said: 'Every minister wants something different.
