Ministers should combine revenue and capital pots into a single placemaking budget to fund neighbourhood services, according to a new report.
The report from think-tank Localis said placemaking budgets should be multi-year, with a five-year budget the ‘absolute minimum required to properly plan service delivery and levelling up’.
