How it started
Mark: I am the ICT service and operations manager at Stroud DC (SDC), which involves managing day-to-day IT incidents, IT disaster recovery and cyber issues. I am approaching my fourth year at SDC and joining the council was one of the best decisions I have made. I have worked my way up to this level by starting as an apprentice at a neighbouring authority just over 20 years ago.
