The Life Changes Strategy offers an opportunity for councils to integrate quality services around low-income families. Cllr Roy Perry wants reassurance the plan won’t be sidelined by other policies.

Following the prime minister’s announcement of a forthcoming Life Chances Strategy – a plan to tackle disadvantage and ensure all children have access to opportunity, regardless of their start in life – we’ve been taking part in discussions to contribute councils’ knowledge, experience and ideas.
