Social housing regulator: Low risk from 'rogue' equity investors

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has assured MPs the sector is at lower risk of ‘rogue’ equity investors that previously entered care markets.

Addressing the levelling up, housing and communities select committee on 22 January, senior RSH figures said their regulatory system remains robust amid a dire need for new sources of social housing finance.
