Oxford City Council is pushing forward with plans for a county-wide combined authority after dumping its local government reorganisation proposals.
The council’s Devolution Review Group, formed by the authority’s scrutiny committee, has called for a combined authority with a directly-elected mayor, mirroring the existing Cambridgeshire/Peterborough deal.
